hey i have a question about my 94 5.0...i rode with my buddy the other night in his 95 trickflow topend 5.0n idk what made me look over but i did n in drive his car doesnt shift till like 6200...now in mine in drive it shifts at like 5200....is there some reason why his runs all the way up to 62 n mine doesnt? Any time ive ever seen a mustang run or heard about it theyve always gone to at least 6 but is mine just an oddball? or is somethin wrong that it wont go any farther than 5200 rpm? Any imput is appreciated..thanks

you dont want your car reving that high before it shifts.... its just gonna slow you down

you do that if you have modified your engine so that it creates power at higher rpms. like adder said, on a stock engine that hurts you
