Default I'vClutch question

I'm looking to replace the clutch,PP, and bearing in my 91 LX. I've found two kits from Ford Racing but have a question. One is the 'Heavy Duty' kit and the other is the 'King Cobra' that states it requires 10% less pedal effort. Can someone explain what that means?

Pretty much just means that. Less effort to mash down on the pedal. The king cobra has more holding power than that of the hd clutch.

Don't buy that junk, it slips and doesn't last long, alot of people will tell you the same. The pedal is stiffer if you ask me. I would get a spec or centerforce
