Default Cold Air Fender Mount

Ok I am thinking about buying a fenderwell cold air induction from BBK. Has anyone had any problems with these? Can they suck up road debris?

BBK is good stuff, you should be fine, and no it won't suck up stuff from the road

nope it woulnt pick up any debris.filter goes on the end inside the fender so nothing would be sucked in(debris).also fender is all boxed in from the underneath with a plastic fender cover so its all away from road debris.i had mine put on about a year ago,bbk one and no problem so far.it took me about 35-40 mins with hand tools.only problem i have with it is the pipe that comes right off the throttle body just slightly touches shock towers for some odd reason.i figured it was due to i have gt40 intake on it so who knows.but my buddy has the same cai on his stock intake manifold and its all good on his.
overall iam happy with it.
