rear gears

im sure this has been asked a million times but i am curious to know how hard it is to do gears while the rear of the car is out on stands if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated thank you

easier than doing in the car just because you have it right in front of you and u can move/picot it. as far as setting it up and all its the exact same
