Default Turbo kits?

Hey all :P I posted awhile back about getting a Stang..had a wrench thrown in the plan..but it looks like i'm starting to get back on track. I was just thinking about my options...wondering what kits are available to the 89-93 bracket.

I'm a big fan of turbo's and I know what all comes a long with them....just like to get an idea as to who provides them and how much it's going to cost me. Also, more than likely going single turbo..

Hehe, don't even have the car yet! I feel like that annoying guy that asks what he needs to run 10's when his car won't break 13's :P

Estimated time for purchase of a car will be beginning next year..with mods coming heavy in the summer.

"Good" kits run $3-5k depending on whether they come with stuff like fuel pump and injectors
or just all the hot and cold piping.

www.quicktimeturbosystems.com
www.hellionpowersystems.com
www.bgturbokits.com
www.ponydown.net

all good companies with good kits.

I'm gonna put mine on my 306. Have you talked to 'Newt' in person? Also are you going to go with the MP70 or are you going to get the $200.00 PT6676 upgrade? I personally was looking toward the upgrade myself. Although I can't seem to find any specs or anything on the PT6676. Do you know any specifics on itJasper?

Hah, yea I don't really know too much about turbos. Except that they are frickin sweet, I don't know why but I've always been attracted to em. But on the forum that I saw it at (coral) this is what Newt had to say about the difference the upgrade adds: "6676 turbo
yes it has a bigger comp cover
The inducer is the same size
exhaust is same size

The turbo will spool the same, move more air faster with the bigger cold comp and plain out make more power."

And not to mention its a name brand. As for when full boost kicks in I'm not sure. Seems like I remember reading something like 2500-3000rpm? Somethingthat comes in a little later or is very similarto a KB.
