i dont have any open spots on the vacuum tree becasuse of the fuel pressure regulator. and where can i hook it to the manifold. right now its hooked to a vacuum line that went to teh smog pump.
did your vacuum/boost gauge come with a plastic t fitting? just tap into one of the lines going to your tree with that fitting...

anywhere else coming off the back of the intake. the tree is the best option. go out and buy a T fitting so you have a new source.

just buy a vacuum tee from the hardware store for literally a few cents, cut a vacuum line, intall the tee and plug the boost gauge line onto the tee. simply as that

If you hook it up directly to the tree and it's still only reaching 0, then it typically means one of two things:

1) your bypass valve isn't closing at WOT

or

2) You have a powerdyne...nuff said
