building a motor 302 2 questions?

hey everyone im building a 302 5.0 i was wondering where does the fuel pump go?? i cant figure it out....also how hard to change my 94 stang 5.0 efi to the motor im buildiing 5.0 cobra?

fuel pump is intank
how hard is it to swap it to a cobra? easy... h/c/i swap basically
