Gears on the way
I ordered Ricmond 4.10's from Summit $185, rebuild kit from a parts store here $103, install will be $200 next saturday. The garage was going to charge me $350 but i asked a guy at the parts store if he could recomend anyone for a cheaper price so a guy from the garage is going to do it on the weekend

Sounds great man! Make sure you take the proper break in procedure with those gears, as unlike most of the other gear makers, they do not heat treat their gears at richmond. If you call them they will give you the proper break in procedure, something like drive it for 20 minutes, park it for an hour, repeat that 2-3 times, and they are good to go.. Richmonds are a very soft material, so they tend to wear fast if they are not properly set, if you hear any excessive howling after they are installed, have the mechanic re-shim that pinion shaft..
This is pretty much the same with any gears, not trying to scare you about the richmonds, they are a great performance gear set as long as they are done up right. Congratulations, and have fun with the new acceleration!
