bore it out to .030 and buy pistons to fit it accordingly...actually you buy the pistons (.030) first with necessary rings and take it to a machine shop and that way they will measure the pistons and bore it to fit the pistons

I have one of mine punched to .040 and you can punch them out to .060 but the side walls are gettin' pretty thin at that point and sometimes you run the risk of running a little warmer...cause the more metal removed from the cylinder walls takes away the motors ability to disipate heat more efficientlyaround the cylinders....but I have a few friends running motors at .060 with no real probs......I personally don't reccommend it

how much of a gain is this worth??15hp? what? cant be much isnt this pretty standard on a rebuild of a wornout motor? how big can you go? on oversize bored?

over time, the cylinde bores will actually turn into ovals
