Sheila Update: Engine mounts and tranny mounts.
Finished installing the engine mounts and tranny mount yesterday.
i took pics of that and the battery relocation i did the week before, im going to post ALL the pics up at once in a few days, im just so busy now with school i dont have time to work on the site.
anyway, the install of the tranny mount was a little tricky, having to jack up the tranny a little and drop the metal strut that the tranny sits on, had to do a little filing of the slots too. that went in first, got everything bolted down nice and tight
energy suspension tranny mount = 1.5 hours
the engine mounts were Prothane poly's. great huge mounts, i already posted some pics of those.
the install was also a little tricky, just getting the bolts loose was real fun.
worst part of this project was position the really bulky engine mounts to line up with the holes in the block and on the frame. in the end i got it seated and snugged the bolts then dropped the engine, everything sat into place normally.
prothane engine mounts = 3 hours
the difference in throttle response was unbelievable. reason being my engine mounts came out of the car in peices, they were so shot that i lost a lot of response due to the engine twisting over before it actually sending torque to the wheels. i feel like im driving a missle now, it actually helped more than i thought it would. pics are comin'

RE: Sheila Update: Engine mounts and tranny mounts.
I'm still not sure if I need new mounts or not. I know I can see something broken down there, but it doesn't look like an engine mount, but I have no clue what it is, there is one on each side, which is why I initially thought it was the mounts, but I guess maybe one day if I happen to be under the car I'll take a photo of it...
