Default intake and head help plzzzz.

ok i have a 95 5.0. ive been reading some things on here about the gt40 heads, but none of the stuff really makes sense, so could someone plz tell me wut will work on my car??? i want the gt40 heads. can i still use my factory headers? would i have to get new rockers? about how much power gain with the explorer intake and gt40 heads? and what year can i get them off of? ive already called a junk yard, and they didnt no wut i was talking about, so im hoping someone can help me understand this. will all my brackets bolt up the same? wut about wiring? thank u for any advice that helps me.

GT - 40 heads were on the cobra mustangs...check e-bay!!! they had 1.84/1.54 valves vs the stock e7te's 1.78/1.46 valves and on the cobra they came with 1.7 roller rockers vs 1.6 stamped steel rockers on stock mustangs...gt-40's came on 93-95 mustang cobras.......they are a dirrect bolt up no mods necessary.. you can use your factory headers but why!!!!! upgrade and as far as power gains??? better then stock

1.)yes, the gt-40 irons will work on your car. 2.)why would want to keep the factory header? think of air flow like a sinus problem andyour all congested. you need some medicine to clear those sinus passages. 3.) for as roller rockers get a set of 1.6 or 1.7 my opinon. alittle more liftout that factory camshaft. i can't give you an exact number but you'll definitly will be happy with the gains.

im just keeping the factory headers for a while, and by the time i get the heads pressure tested and roller rockers, ill probably have the money for headers and an offroad x pipe, i just want to get the heads an intake, that way there here, and i dont have to worry bout finding them wen im ready to put em on
