Door Hinge Roller Problem

Door Hinge Roller Problem
I just bought a really nice '93 LX. Among the small things needing attention is the driver's door hinge. I don't have typical pin or roller problem. Rather, the spring steel piece that rides on the roller is broken off. I see replacement pins, rollers, etc. What do I do to fix this?

hah..mine did the same thing last year right after I put new hinges on my 85 gt the samething happened the next day to my 92 lx...I was so disgusted about it I left it that way so when I muster up enough enthusiasm I'll go to the junk yard and get a used one and paint it and INSTALL A NEW / USED HINGE......that's the best way to fix it!!!!

So replacing the hinge is the only way to do it? I've not seen a hinge off, so don't really know what that flat piece looks like intact. Hard to see on the passenger side. As the hinge is welded on to the door, sounds like a big job?
