Default valves

i was researching some heads rhs 180cc heads for my 302, and one of the tests they did said that it would give better flow if equipped with larger valves. they said they were using 2.02/1.60 valves. so my question is would i be able to fit larger size valves and have enough clearance in on my stock block using regular 302 pistons without any issues?

No. From what I understand, you can't even use the 2.02 valves with your stock heads. Do a search on 2.02 valves, or search "heads", and you will find plenty of posts regarding this subject.

You can use a 2.02 equiped head on a stock block..but not the rhs heads unless you notch the pistons...if you want a 2.02 equiped head that'll work then use the twisted wedge head from Trick Flow

Or a set of Patriot heads. They also have the 2.02 valves and will bolt right up.
