Default Clutch

I was checking out this mustang today that im thinking of buying. Its got a cobra clutch in it due to the power the car has now and for some reason it feels like theres allot of room before you feel the clutch in engaging and disengaging now could this be from poor adjustment of the clutch or could it just be that the clutch is different from other i have driven. Im really intrested in buying this car but it just feels weird so i figured i would ask before i make a move.

Default RE: Clutch

It's either an adjustment problem or a mechanical one. How old is the clutch?

Mechanical meaning something in the clutch assembly itself (ie, t/o bearing/pressure plate) . LOL yes I know it has a cable
