now the spacer part is where it might be a prob if i went with a 1" and the nitrous plate i have is alittle thicker then 1" how tall of a cowl would i need without getting into rubing probs also with the 4 hole like u said would the plate go under it or on top of it

It'd prolly be better to put the nitrous plater right under the carb, but it may not matter, someone may be able to answer that one better than I, or contact Holley etc and ask. As far as cowls, that's gonna depend on your intake, where the engine sits, the air cleaner etc. The nitrous plate itself if it's almost 1" thick may act like a smallopen spacer though, but if you can run a 4 hole spacer you'll notice better power, especially on the bottom end. If you can get a 4 hole and a nitrous plate to fit without getting a different hood then go for it, otherwise, it may be cheaper to just buy a different carburetor that's the right size so you don't need a spacer, and run just the nitrous plate

MAC makes a good pair of P headers. I got mine for around 125 bones on ebay, they were brandnew too.....

Like already said before u keep throwing mods on this motor and running slicks u need to pay attention to your rearend. Slicks and a 7.5 rear want last long at all. Then you get to call the tow truck after u pick its guts up off the raceway.

I have an 8.8 with stock axles and had a 5 speed also, I lanuched my car at 5000 rpm, with little tire spin and 1.69 60 ft., but then i started blowin up t5's so recently went to a c4 but i also run et streets, killer tires for sure.

no doubt man ive made a few passes te other nite but its kinda hard to get some heat in them with it being cold out also the ground being cold but all in all great tires
