Default when cold it idles lower...

When I start up my car in the morning it after running for a couple of minutes, the Idle drops to about 600, the Idle is set at 800, but it doesnt reach 800rpm until its warmed up alot. It also started raining and my car stumble from 600rpm to about 1000rpm, it will feel like its missing, It only started doing this when it rained.Any ideas???

Clean your maf, set TPS to .99
check IAC
it vcery well could be a bad ignition module also

IAC??? how do I check. Also I set my tps at .98. and I made sure my maf is clean.what else?

well the rain things tells me you might be getting moister in the dist cap.....next time it does it pull the cap I bet it wet on the inside?
