Default vacuum line? (pic inside please help)



see the taped up line that goes into the back of the upper intake? i just bought this car (not the pic above) and it looks like someone somehow crammed a paper ball into the cut off hose, and now i just got my car back from my mechanic and the ball is gone, just the hose, and it makes a farting noise and sucks in air. what should i do? the egr spacer is also capped off if that helps

looks like the air injection tube that goes to the back of the heads is covered with tin foil and the accompanying vaccum connector you are holding is unplugged

not sure which line your talking about ,crossover tube on the heads?but its alright to have the coolant lines on the spacer blocked off.

that is not my pic, but yeah im talking about the one covered in tin foil, should i plug it or get some kind of filter for it?

you unbolt it from the back of the motor and thread in two 5/8x11 bolts.. no longer than 3/4"

should i put some plumbers tape or somthin on the threads? what should i torque it to?
