where can i get parts for an '84? and a question..

Hey guys and gals,

It's a 1984 Ford Mustang 5.0 non-hatchback (coupe i guess?) anyway I was wondering where i could get performance parts for it, I'm on a budget of around 2k. Now for the question, will I be able to find a guage that goes over 85 MPH and still fit in the stock location? Or will I have to buy a separate thing, any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

There are several places to buy performance parts for your '84.
Here are a few places:

www.holcombmotorsports.com
There are TONS of othe places too.

I have an '82GT and I bought a 170mph speedo from BBK(brothersperformance) several years ago and it fit right into the stock location.

FOr some reason I don't think that brothers performance is BBK....I don't know...

Had a lot of good service from summit racing, as well. Good luck with your mod.s !! Always, try e-bay, you might find a better deal on parts someone bought, then didn't install.
