Speddo gear to correct the RPM's? You mean speedo, right.....gonna assume so.

Maybe that will help. Wen I did gears, I waas told every tooth was worth 7mph at 55, it worked for me. I'm gonna guess and say you nedd 23 unless you have tall tires, then it will be less.
