Default Torque Specs

I am sure it has been asked before but I couldn't find it in a search. 347cid , stock block.
I need to know the torque settings for the following three things, mostly to double check myself. Thanks guys!!

ARP 3/8" rod bolts
ARP Head studs w/ the step washers
ARP Main Studs with Girdle

Rod bolt torque can range from 24-28 ft. lbs range.
Head studs can be up to the 80 ft. lbs range.
Main studs will be in the 70 ft. lb range.

It can vary...

ARP Instructions are a good start for you...
