Default torqueing down valve covers

Hey I have aftermarket valve covers on my Mustang and only one of the bolts can be tightened with a wrench. All of the other ones have these things to just hand tighten them. What exactly should I do about retightening down these valve covers?

I haven't tried yet. They have T-handle bolts. So they don't have to be super tight?

Yeah they don't have to be super tight, I know my torque wrench wouldn't even go as low as their torque spec.
