Default stuck on steel head's or aluminum?

FIRST POSTNEWBIE. Trying to find out what is the leastexpensive, and the best setup. for my stock 302. with a stage 1 trick flow cam, and a novi 1000 super charger, AndI have 30lb injectors to use. the motor is out of the car, And im in a bit of a pickel. Aluminum heads bored 30 over? or steel heads with new pistons, for 30lb injectors?

I have tried to use the search buton. but it will not find anything. nothing! andI have dsl. when I do a search it takes about 1 min. to do a search, only to return 0. I havechanged my word's around and I have tried changing the advaced search screen around. AmI the only one having problems with this?

there is nothing wrong with using iron heads.. they are cheap, and can take alot of abuse.

Aluminum heads are where you will find the best performance... not because aluminum is better, but because its MUCH easier to work with.

but you pay for it.. in the price

Least expensive and best setup never go together. Since everything is apart I'd look at at least getting some GT40 iron heads, even those with your mods will provide pretty good gains over the stock heads. I wouldn't waste any time working your stock heads.

so get rid of the stock heads, and go more toward the gt40heads, I can find those on the 97-99 explorer, or are those iron? if they are, that would be great, thenI could use the intakes also, why im at it.

they are iron and i think the 97-99 are gt-40p's so your gonna need headers that will fit them
