are these any good GT- 40X "Turbo Swirl" aluminum heads ( Ford part no. M-6049-X305) and will they work with my BBK shorties?
about how much of a gain will i get over the stock heads?

sure they are good.
however theres many many out there that are better.
im not sure how much the gt40's are but i know u could get some of the new patriot heads for about 900.
not sure if those are better than the gt40's but they are both decent heads.
but hey, the gt's are better then the sucky stock heads.

There good for the price i got some brand new for 989 at blue oval. But as im sure everyone will tell u and you know. Its not the best performing you can buy. I picked em up cuz thebudget price and got the 64 chamber because i wanted to keep stock compression ratio since im running a high boost kenne bell.

those are the "top of the line" gt 40 heads. im sure they are pretty bad ***. theyre a nice step up from the regular gt 40's, and a huge step up from stock e7's. ford does not make a better head for the 302 that i know of. ---the down side is i dont think theyre smog legal.

They are smog legal, it has all the hookups for the thermactor and everything on em, i got them and head bolts and roller rockers for em for50bux less than just afrs with no rockers or bolts.

the patriot heads are they $900 for both or pair because the gt 40s that im talking about i can get about $650 a piece and does anyone know will they work with the BBK shorties i have now, im going with the E303 cam and before any comments im not building a monster just want a little more hp than i got now
