i tore it apart again and found the problem

1st off, i wasnt trying to be a dick, sorry if i was... im sure yall know, its frusturating...

anyway, initialy it tapped because the lifters needed to pump up, then it stoped, then started again... the started again was from the lifter retainer(or w/e you wanna call it) breaking, and allowing a lifter to spin... roller lifters spining, is never a good thing, lol... so... now i need to buy lifters and a cam... fun fun... i explained it more in a new thread...
