I have Lakewoods. No real complaints although I was originally going to go w/ Strange for the adjustability but opted for the cheaper priced Lakewoods. Spend the extra money if you will be doing a lot of racing. If not, buy something cheaper. After pulling my oe shocks and struts off after almost 160K miles, I was surprised that they were still in good working order.

What about for the Rear. does it really matter other than being 50/50

IMO, the 50/50's are a lil harsh on the street. Not quite as soft a ride as I would like. But that may not matter to you. The adjustables would "tailor" the ride to your liking.

how easy are they to adjust.... is it kinda like a shock on a mx bike? just gotta turn the clicker in or out.
