Car has 160,XXX miles on it. 94 5.0 still pulls very hard. Im wanting to put BBK shorties on it. Offroad h-pipe, 3.73's, Pullies, and lowering springs. Do you think it would be safe to do all this to this motor or not? Ive seen the rebuiding kits on summit but I just wanted opinions on what I should do?
I dont get it, none of these come to play, when having to rebuild your engine lol. Suspenison, gears and some Lower Control Arms, will do you over some.

I wasnt saying they were included in a rebuild. I asked if they would be okay with an engine with that many miles. People said maybe but probably better to just rebuild, so I posted the rebuild kits I also mentioned in that post. Guys thanks for your help it was much appreciated.
