i have bbk equal length shorties on my 95 mustang and to install them you DONT have to unbolt the motor mount for anything.
on the driver side you just have to unbolt the part of the steering shaft that gets in the way. u simply take out one bolt and push the shaft upwards and u can then move it out of the way and manuver the header into place.

I also have the BBK unequals and I am very happy with them. From what I have read LT's and equals are for highly modified motors where someone is wanting to squeeze every last horsepower out of a motor. Generally race applications. Even then you are only looking at marginal horsepower gains. I am not sure why you would want to go through all those hassles for a street car.
