I don't have any cabin leaks. I have covered all the holes that come into the car. I couldn't believe it when it was burning my eyes while driving down the road. It's real bad. I would like to fix this thing.

I'm not sure what I should gap my plugs to. They are stock for now. I'm also not sure about the fuel pressure. I wanted to bump it up to around 42-45lbs, but if this is a rich problem then I can't see bumping it up.

yah true, i guess what you can do is let the car sit over night maybe with the windows down, or in the day time whichever is easier. let the fox interior breath so that there is no gas smell whatsoever. (car off ofcourse) and when your all clean of the smell, start the car and keep the doors open, wait for the smell to come in, see if you can pinpoint where the smell is coming from and work from there....

It did have turndowns, but I cut them off and now the pipes are going straight back. They stop right at the rear housing.

BINGO! There is your problem. Get some tailpipes on that thing, and your eye burning days will be over.

So you don't think it has anything to do with plugs being at stock gap, or fuel being at 39psi.?

I didn't have cats on my 1998 Mustang and it didn't ever burn my eyes. Granted it didn't have this much HP. Surely I have something out of adjustment. What would any of you suggest the plug gap to be at on a 347 stroker?

What size injectors do you have and are the o2 sensors still working? The open exhaust is most of your problem though.
