well i had to change my window motor, and i cant figure out how to real lign up that big *** gear, its spring loaded, i cant get it mounth back in the right postion. ahh um total los on what to do, i have a peice of wood under the window right now so it doesnt faill lol. isnt much rooom to look around in there
o yea and has anyone ever herd of find wood inside there doors, rofl when i took the panel off on the pansger side, i found a good amount of wood sitten inside the buttom of the door, i took it out . but how the hell did it get in there lol, ima have to check out the drivers side door and see if there wood in it, thats somne extra weight haha

When I replaced the motor on my 88, I ran into alignment woes on the drivers side door. What I ended up doing was getting the motor in a position to where I could at least get 2 of the bolts started to hold it in place. Then I pressed the window button to get the motor to turn and it jumped into place for me on the big gear you are talking about. Then I just put in the third and final bolt and tightened everything down. Hope that helps and good luck.

Yeah it needs to have power and turn untill it alligns
