Damn! I think that is what I paid for the street heat on the 91. I hope I can find a deal like that on a Holley or Edelbrock.

Yea, i actually got pretty lucky with my intake... I bought it on ebay.. NEW.. never used..
I talked to the guy who bought it and he claimed that it was for his 302 project, then he decided to go 351w based stroker... and wanted a different intake

I found a 1993 Notch for $2500, no rust dents or dings and the interior is in almost pristine condition (shame it's going) original motor (65,000 miles) w/o tranny and the bumper covers (rear and front ) that the kid couldn't get installed. Basically he was young and got iin way over his head.

I searched and searched, they are out there, basically if you are a pathological tinkerer like some of us, then a little work needing to be done is all the better

But don't hassle about too many miles, they usually have 100,000+ in that era, just be ready for some TLC.

There is a guy selling one 5 miles from me for $4800 obo. A 92, 127k miles, white. The body is mint the interior is in great shape but the only thing it's a convertible. I really want a hard top but I'm so anxious to buy. I know I should probably wait until I find one but I feel like I'm up against some clock.

Engine work is a lot more fun/easy/rewarding than body work. I know your anxious feeling, but don't compromise. Always worth it in the end
