Default door adjustment

Is there a way to adjust the hinges on a fox door, my door is sunk back like it needs the top hinge put forward and the bottom back. I know its not the pins because the fender is hiting the door when I open it. If it were the pins then the door would be at the right level when closed, right?

open the door and lift it straight up. if it moves, it needs pins, or the hinges are loose.
but yes, the hinges do have a small amount of adjustment to them.

The door moves up and down, almost the exact amount on the passenger side, but the passenger side is flush at the top of the door when closed whereas the drivers side is not it is 3/8th of an inch down on the end, which is letting water in, I am tired of not being able to drive in the rain

if it moves up and down you need pins, or the hinges are loose.
have someone closely examine the movement while you lift the door.

It looks like you have to take the fenders off to do any hinge adjustment is there a way where you wouldn't have too?

you dont have to remove the fender. you do it with the door open.
