Yea i agree that you need an h or x pipe.. I think straight pipes sound like crap.. It will make a big difference in sound. We have a exhaust section.. Check it out.

ill prob put some(x or h)if you think it makes it better(91hatchgt)but how to choose?
anyway its straight with flowmasters, i though leav'n it straigh(as bought)
would make a higher flow = horse increase?

Incorrect. There is a reason for the crossover pipe. It equalizes exhaust back pressure on both banks of the engine, creating a more even and better flowing exhaust system which = more horses
