Default adjusting air fuel ratios

Is there any way to adjust the air fuel ratio besides fuel pressure? I have heard that you can spin the maf and that helps ?????? Its running a little lean 13.6 wot. We checked with wideband




It has a stock low end,. It has e 303, 1.7 crane rockers, 1.94 intake valve, 1.60 exhaust valve, .0200 milled off the e7s, heavier valve springs, mac shorty headers, straight pipes to flowmaster dumps 24 lb injectors, pro m 75 mm mass air, mac cold air fenderwell ,typhoon upper and lower, 70mm throttle body and egr spacer
