Default INFO ON MULTI SPARK IGNITION INSTALL

i bought a multispark ignition for my 71 mustang, so it might run a little better in the cold, but i now decided i dont drive it much in the cold kuz its a convertible. i was thinking i could put it on my 95 gt, will i see any advantages putting it on a stock 5.0? maybe better idle or something, or will i run into more problems?

Default RE: INFO ON MULTI SPARK IGNITION INSTALL

on an older vehicle it would make a difference with points cause average voltage output the system is capable of is usually 18000 to 25000 volts where as a new fox or sn-95 mustang the standard output of the ignition system is 45000+ volts so your multipule spark ignition really won't benifit your newer car unless you have a heavily modded car where it would be needed like when running NOS, supercharger and or turbo and high compression motors.....so to answer you rquestion ..no it won't benifit a stock 5.0
