Aside from the fact that you posted this then ignored it, it should prolly go to the pipes, boost and juice section.

Pull ur plugs and check them. I don't have any personal experience with nitrous, but maybe u fried a plug when u used the juice. Now its not runningon 8 cylinders, causing irregular idle. Ive heard of nitrous melting plugs, so I would check it out. Pulling plugs isnt hard and can tell alot.

Have you checked to make sure your solenoids are not still leaking Nitrous or fuel into the engine. I had an old Solenoid go bad once and it was still letting a small amount of N02 get into the engine.

the bottle is closed so its not leaking NO2 but i'll check the fuel solenoid.

where did you put the nozzle in front of the maf or after?
if your fuel soleniod is not shutting all the way it could be the problem thats what it sounds like
can you cut the fuel to the soleniod off its probably still under pressure with the system disarmed leaking some fuel in causing the hi idle, could have gotton some trash in there or its a bad soleniod either way let us know what fixed it so if it happens to one of us .....good luck

my car is speed density so i dont have a MAF sensor, the nozzle is rite in front of the throttle body.

right after i spray ill have a little high of an idle... not that high tho... a simple stab of the gas usually takes care of that right away...
