I vote for the Spec. Affordable, comfortable, and a high quality, not going to break, last a long time, clutch.

im running the centerforce dual friction, it's got alot of holding power and has about the same pedal effort as stock.

I just tried clicking your link and got a no item found error twice. The search featrure has been hit or miss lately whether it will work or not. [:@]

To the O.P., the Ford Racing King Cobra clutch (includes pressure plate and throwout bearing) is a pretty good buy though it has gone up a bit lately. $209.95 from Summit. Don't forget a new pilot bearing while your in there. If your transmission front bearing retainer is beat up, now would be a good time to swap in a steel one.

Good luck!
Jeff
