Default 94 computer question

ok well i just finished a t5 swap on my 94 50...everyone that i had talked to said there was no way of telling how my computer would react leavin the aode computer in. They said it could act fine or it could studder when the computer sensed it was time to shift the old aode. Well..it studders lol..bad but only when its wanting to go into over drive. My question is they said that they changed a line of code in the computer to a 0 instead of a 6 and the problem went away. They said they used a eec board. Is this something like the tweecer? And also if not would i be able to take it to a ford dealer and have them reflash the computer or would i have to go to somewhere with a dyno. They closest dyno to me is Anderson Ford in Clinton, Illinois. I imagine some of you have heard of them. Any way just lookin for some help on solvin this, it gets kinda annoying in 4th n 5th when it starts cuttting out repeatedly. thanks

i thought about that...are the two plugs interchangeable?. and with a 5 speed computer, it wouldnt change anything else would it?..like right now..theres not the switch that tells it its ok to start when the clutch pedal is depressed. I just left the auto selector that was mounted to the aode connected to the plug with the selecter set to park. would changing computers mean i have to hook up that clutch switch and take off the auto selecter?

ok well i guess ill start searching around for someone with a wrecked 5speed...hopefully i can find something..if not what sorta places sell new ones if i can for reason not find one. I know ive seen fox 5speed computers, but ive never really seen the sn95 specific 50 computers. and ya i think anderson charges like 150 n hour for work, so if i can find a computer n plug that in id be way better off.
