just fix it. its definately not worth trying to put all the trans lines, dipstick tube, computer , etc when you can just pull the man trans, fix it and be done with it.

i dnt know where to start...other then ripping everything out again...! what do i need , where do i get it and how much mulla...? instructions

id at least pull the trans back out. see what your working with. if in fact nothing else is wrong , take it to a trans shop. unless u know how to take it apart and rebuilt it yourself.

idk but i think i want my aod back so im ganna do the conv this weekend..! any1 know any sites where they have the whole conv ..? i know i have to get a flexplate, tv cable, etc.., bvut i still need some sort of more info.. any1 done it?

i did it recently to my car. You need the AOD Flexplate, AOD trans coolant lines(major pain in the *** to put in the car. Have to unbolt passenger motor mount nut, and jack the engine up so you can manuver and fit the lines in), AOD crossmember (or you can modify the T-5 crossmember, by grinding off the welds around the bushing, so that both sides of the cross member can move freely. You will have to slide the crossmember til it lines up with the trans mount. Once it is in position, weld it in position). When you put the TV/Kickdown cable on, HAVE A SHOP ADJUST IT. Do not move the car without the cable properly adjusted, you'll fry the transmission in 5miles. It'll run you about $50-$60, but thats a good price to pay to save your transmission. You also need the AOD shifter, Shift cable and mounting brackets.
