hesitation around 4800rpm

Default hesitation around 4800rpm
have 92 gt with performer heads, trickflow trackheat intake, 30lb injectors, 70mm throttle body, C&L 73mm maf, b cam, adjustable fuel pressure regualtor, advanced timing 13 deg. car pulls hard then has slight hesitation around 4800-5000 rpm. any ideas what would cause hesitation
