Are you having trouble adjusting with the firewall piece or at the adjustment on the clutch fork? The firewall is more for fine tuning, you need to get it close with the adjuster at the fork. Make sure your two nuts sandwich the fork, the small nut should be on the front of the fork, towards the motor, the long nut runs up n down on the threads, that's your adjustment, the small nut is the lock nut. Set it, check it, lock it. You can fine tune it with the firewall adjuster
