I do and they help a ton. I have the basic no-dust brake pads and stock rotors and they difference over drums is the same as night and day. The easiest way it to buy the kit from brothers i think.

I plan to do that also tim, but I don't have the money for some of the best brakes in the world right now, so I think I'm going to take the brake setup off of a 99-04, because they are a little wider in the back 8mm I think and also dual piston front calipers. I think crossdrilled/slotted all way around rotars are something like $150 off ebay so I'll get that afterwards.
And this will also give me 5 lug, then later on I'll get the baer UBER brakes (I want the 6 piston ones in front and the 4 in back...someday)

sounds sweet, i just want a bolt on kit, so i dont have to research so much cose im gettin tired of doing that, i hate the computer so much. but i gotta use it to talk to you all and find out what i need to know and help yas out. it seams like i nice kit is also widens the trackin patern in the rear but it stays the same up front. i want to run 17x9 03 cobra wheels on my 92GT wich is black and the calipers are going to be red so i think it will look crazy kool. and it should stop a lot better wich im hopeing for.

#1 I found some baer brakes on ebay for the fox body mustang, but it doesn't come with calipers.

#2 I have heard that when getting bigger tires than 8" you run into "clearance issues" (or something like that) because your tires stick out too much, I forget what the solution was...maybe modifying your fenderwell?

If I were you I wouldn't stay with the 16" rims, maybe a 17 would look good, although you could always go with 18s, but I am not sure if you want that big.
I'm not finding many 16 x 8, but there are alot more when you move up to a 17" or 18."
Also, I wouldn't trust the words I say as fact, but just as stuff that I have read or heard somewhere. Maybe the people at baer can help you with deciding a good rim size for their setup.
