Default How to determine TB size (measure)

Bear with me as I'm an EFI noob, swapping it into my '65. Anyway, I won an Ebay auction for what was advertised asa 65 mm Accufab throttle body ($86 ). In turn, I ordered a 65 mm EGR delete spacer/throttle linkage bracket. I received the throttle body today and the opening measures 2.75" which roughly equals 70 mm. It should be okay for my setup (345hp Ford racing crate/24# injectors/Explorer intake/77 mm Pro-M MAF).

Since there is no part number on the TB (it does say Accufab on the butterfly), is there any way thatI am measuring in the wrong place and this really is a 65 mm? I need to verify so I can order the correct EGR plate and gaskets if needed. I will then port match the intake as required as I think it measures about 68 mm.

Thanks,
Jeff
