Default supercharger

so can anyone tell me some pro's and cons of using the type that is actually the intake manifold (roots style) and the vortech type that bolts on? also.. any input on brands would be greatly appreciated.. just some info on which way to go? thanks alot.

THe only one for our cars keeping it EFI is the kenne bell. They are awesome blowers. I have never heard of anyone complain about them. They build full boost quick as opposed to building it later on it the powerband. But, a centrifigul is more effecient and will make more power and higher up in the RPM range.
