Default E-303 question

can you run stock springs with an E-303 cam? im giving my E-303 to my brother he has a 90 lincoln mark VII with the 5.0 HO and its completely stock can this cam be put in without running diffrent springs?

Probably not a good idea. Does his 90 lincoln have the same E-7 heads found on the mustangs? That cam won't do him much good, unless you do some port work or get better heads.

cuz that lincoln is pretty much a ugly mustang thats a little heavier and ill tell you that bitch will fly especially from about 50mph to 120mph it does that in like3 seconds its crazy

So, you think you know more then the engineers who design and grind cams right??? Doesn't matter what you think you did and got away with..........with shiz box ideology like that it's no wonder why you only ran a 13.3...........and just because you did it doesn't make it right......If you built it right and stopped trying backyard techniques ..you'd be suprised at what matching a combo will do for amotor................and if you think that you were getting all the performance that cam had to offer.....then change springs and see the whole world in a new light ftw!!!!
