I thought it was 9.48 vs 9.5 or something around there, better to check a ford motorsport catalogue...

It appears some would conspire to have the piston poke out by a 1/4 inch...

get flat top pistons and 60 cc head will give you 10.7 to 1 compression and get a good roller cam and at least heads with 170 cc intake runners and you there...
