Default Fox Headers on a SN-95

I have read several threads on using fox headers on a sn-95. from what i can tell the differences are the EGR tube and the fox headers sometimes don't clear the shift fork. I have a 94 cobra with a tremec 3550. I was thinking the shoft fork would ahve been changed with the tranny swap and woudl. clear the fox headers. Is this right? Can i use fox headers or should I continue to look for a set made for my car?

Im running a 94 cobra as well, but I still have my stock T5. I also have a set of fox long tube headers on my car and so far, everything clears just fine. I'm about to put my H pipe up in place in a few. I'll get some pics up and let you know what I run into

not at all. But I am also running a tubular K-member.

I could have slid them in place before I put my motor is, which would have made life easy.. but I am seeing what it takes to get them in place with the engine in.

I do things like this so I can get experience for what works good, and what doesnt.

BTW, so far, there is TONS of clearance for the clutch fork

You didn't drop the headers in bolted to the engine?

nope. I have a completely new suspension in the car, I didnt want to deal with anything getting hung up, and any clearance issues..
I also did not know if they would have cleared everything on the way in.

no matter though. Once i took the rear end down off the jack stands, I was able to slide both up in place from the bottom
