once you get around 300hp with 3.73s your just going to spin if you keep street tires on. i have 355s and with 265 hp i cant even do a accelerate wide open from 10mph with out spinning.
3.73 are great if your gonna run slicks or you have an all bolt on mustang that does not have the power to break them loose as easily. i would go with 355s. they still are great for acceleration and you will beable to build more HP with your car without spinning as easy.

i too have 3:73's on street tires with about 240 hp(crank) i hope i have that much..any ways i cant pull hard out of first barely out of secodn caus ei just spin...so id say 3:55's because u will build ur motor up and u wont need the gears to tach up your car..thje motor will eb able to do it..and ulls ave a little fuel..go with 3 55's
