can you not tune a sn95 if it has an E cam in it??? tuning makes all the difference in the world

well, this is just me... but i wouldnt buy a used cam...yea their roller, etc etc... still, PERSONALLY i wouldnt buy a used cam

trust me my entire car is a budget build, some things i went new with tho, are struts and cam/lifters.

I've been thinking about the steeda #19. how would that work with the p's??


also, hamutoff, do you think that comp cam you mentioned would create drivability problems for an SN? I see it has a 114 degree LSA..

yes the alphabet cams are antiquated, I believe that other cams exist that surpass all categories of said alphabet cams, after all they were made a while ago now

114 lca is definitely on the wide side of 5.0 cams, that with the shorter duration makes the comp cam a good idea for a plug and play operation I believe you are looking for. If you are looking for used cam to save $$ I doubt you have budgeted yourself for a nice tune asap. Like was said you can tune it to work with many things but as the stock and 119 you can 95% plug and play the cam Ive brought up, It gives very high vaccum signals and has little overlap and a wide LCA all things you are looking for in your sn95 stock comp, good luck

im definitely going to look into it, but what advantage does this cam have over the Steeda #19 cam for the p heads?
