Changing the stat is a real pain. The bottom bolt is almost impossible to remove. When I put mine back I went to Home Depot and got a couple of allen headed bolts and used a allen wrench to put it back in. Still could not get a stright shot at the lower bolt but at least it made it easier. I would also suggest going to a 180 stat instead of the stock 195.
