Default x-pipe problem...

hey guys.. recently put an x pipe on my car and it seemed to b running fine at first but now I'm having idling problems and power loss after about 2500 rpms. The idle bounces between 800 and 1000... anyone know a possible solution to this? any help would be appreciated thanks.

well the x pipe doesn't sound like your problem, you may have loss of spark or fuel or incorrect ignition timing or maybe a head gasket is going, start simple and work your way up, by the way does your x-pipe have cats or did you bypas the emissions, and go with off road pipe
also do you hear a hissing sound when the engine is running, you may have a vacuum leak or a faulty iac

check and see if the 02 sensors are burnt or bad, usually if you put your hand near the mufflers and feel hot air coming from them than it could be an 02 problem
